WOW! THANKS FOR UPLOADING! I WAS A NORMALS FAN FOREVER. I LISTEN TO THEIR CD ALMOST EVERYDAY. I BOUGHT THE SINGLE 'ALMOST READY' WHICH ISN'T ON HER? WHY? BUT I WAS THERE THAT NIGHT. MY FRIEND KC IS RIGHT IN FRONT HE HAS THE BIG HAIR JUMPING UP DOWN AND YOU CAN SEE HIS FACE DURING 'JUMP BACK' HE TURNS AROUND AND HE LOOKS LIKE GENE SIMMONS. THE NEW PLACE WAS WHERE WE SAY THE 'DEAD BOYS' ! THE NORMALS WERE ONE OF THE BEST PUNK BANDS EVER AND SHOULD'VE BEEN AS BIG OR BIGGER THAN THE CLASH! I'M A BIG RAMONES FAN TOO AND THEY WERE MY FAVORITES. FAT CITY WAS A GREAT PLACE YOU CAN SEE HOW BACK THEN PEOPLE WENT OUT TO SEE LOCAL BANDS AND IT WAS GREAT. THIS KIND OF ROCK CLUB NO LONGER EXIST. MUSIC SCENE REALLY IS GONE! I STILL PLAY MUSIC AND CHECK ME OUT UNDER 'ELVIN POSEY' ON HERE AND REVERBNATION. I LISTEN TO THE NORMALS TODAY AT WORK AND FINDING THIS IS JUST GREAT. I had the great pleasure of listening to the great Kathy Robertson back in the Summer of 1988 at the Rawhide in Burbank, CA--couldn't stop listening to he r CD!!

The only thing that I could possibly ask for in this performance is if some tbere some long shots would show Dwight's dancing. I LOVE to see him dance.

So nice to see this. RIP Janie, miss you very much! Music and acting were her passions and she worked continuously on both, taking workshops, doing auditions etc. She had a good career in LA. She had moved to NYC in 2015 to continue her acting and jumped right into the scene. RIP Joe Daniels too - awesome drummer (worked with Warren Zevon a bit and other bands in his career).
